SEHATI COLLECTION | SP Setia unveils Acorus 2 | Priced from RM466,000

  Earlier this year (in March 2021) SP Setia unveiled Acorus 2, a pair of double-storey terraced villas in its Setia EcoHill 2 estate. The project will have 62 units with a land area of 20ft by 65ft and a built-up of 1,401 sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of RM29 million. The starting price is RM466,000.  Acorus 2 will provide homebuyers the ability to adjust their dream home design, according to a news statement from S P Setia.
