SEHATI COLLECTION | SP Setia unveils Acorus 2 | Priced from RM466,000

 



Earlier this year (in March 2021) SP Setia unveiled Acorus 2, a pair of double-storey terraced villas in its Setia EcoHill 2 estate. The project will have 62 units with a land area of 20ft by 65ft and a built-up of 1,401 sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of RM29 million. The starting price is RM466,000. 

Acorus 2 will provide homebuyers the ability to adjust their dream home design, according to a news statement from S P Setia. For example, the ground-floor plan makes it simple to add more rooms, making it suitable for individuals who desire a larger family room, work space, play area, or a private garden.

Setia EcoHill general manager Koh Sooi Meng said in a statement that the flexibility is critical to assisting homebuyers in adjusting to their new normal living needs and lifestyle following the Covid-19 pandemic. “We have arrived at a point in history when a home is more than just a roof over our heads. Following Acorus, which was launched via an online preview during the movement control order (MCO) period earlier this year, Acorus 2 is the second phase of S P Setia's SEHati Collection at Setia EcoHill 2. Their first phase have been “Seeing the overwhelming response garnered from the first phase, we are proud that our insightful concept and practical design proved to be well received. The Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and the Cheras-Kajang Expressway connect the development to important Klang Valley highways.
