  Earlier this year (in March 2021) SP Setia unveiled Acorus 2, a pair of double-storey terraced villas in its Setia EcoHill 2 estate. The project will have 62 units with a land area of 20ft by 65ft and a built-up of 1,401 sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of RM29 million.
