NEXUS Taman Pertama New Condominium For Sales

Breathtaking view of KL city skyline from the observation deck

The new NEXUS at Taman Pertama condominium is surprisingly close to the city centre and is located next to an MRT! At a glance, what seems to be like two blocks is actually a single 'L' shaped building (aerial view).

You can choose a number of views of KL city, or towards south along Sungai Besi and MEX highway heading to Kuala Lumpur International Airport or even towards the mountains in the north east direction.

NOTE:  a 200 years old historical cemetery from before WWII is being preserved by the government right behind the NEXUS site. I find this quite historical aspect quite interesting but at the same time I've heard from numerous people that they fear or are not in favour to buy property near a cemetery, though its historically significant in the history of this country.  Should you have such hesitation, an alternate solution in owning this property would be to buy units that ate facing Kuala Lumpur city instead of the facing the cemetery. Having said that, The NEXUS Building has an assortments of view that would please every buyer plus the fact that no obstructing building will be built in the direction of the cemetery, the highways (obviously) or the existing landed properties!

The showroom I visited was 850sqft, but looked quite spacious and bright. However, the roads in-front of this single high-rise tower residential building  is a bit confusing as I did not know where to make a U turn as I drove by the site on the opposite side of the road. Probably due to extensions and repair works on the road. Anyway I visited the site more than 6 months ago,  I guess  now it must have been completed!
